What should I expect to experience in a fitness training session?
Each fitness session comes with a full assessment, fitness instruction and guidance and coaching materials. Program design is key and every client is different in their needs and goals. My program focuses on measurable time tables and applications, including strong communications and reinforcements that a client can successfully manage while training with me and when they are doing their training in between sessions away from me.
